Someone asked this question in an open thread a while back, and it’s worth throwing out to a wider audience:
Have you ever had a “point of no return” or “that’s a bridge I won’t cross” moment at work that either immediately or eventually made you leave a role or otherwise make a major pivot? Something that would have compromised your personal ethics or turned the job into something you absolutely didn’t want to spend your time and energy doing, and you couldn’t stick with that role, organization, or maybe even career path any longer?
